July seems like a good month to set some goals... (not sure why, since EVERY DAY is a good time) Anyway...
I am currently @ 162.7 pounds, I'd like to see 149.9 on the scale by the 31st. I CAN do this, I just need to get my eating habits in better shape. I do pretty good, but I'd like to really really start eating better.
To eat better I will: not order out with my co-workers (taco pizza is my weakness!), eat out only once per week (Mondays we go out with my Grandpa, so I cannot avoid this, but I can eat healthier!), and not eat so many Brats. When my fiance has brats for dinner I will have chicken breast. Also great on the grill, and MUCH better for me!
I kicked butt at the gym last month, and I plan to do that again, going every day but Mondays.
I walked 201.52 miles last month, I'd like to beat that in July.
And... GO! :) I can totally do this!
