My exercise plan is as follows:
Sunday thru Friday I will do 30 to 60 minutes of cardio each day. I like to do my workout dvds for cardio.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays I do 30 minutes strength training at the gym.
I will also check in daily with my Sunnies.
I will try harder to stay in calorie range.
I will post my cardio each day what I do and how many minutes.
