So June was great. Way better than I thought. Lost over 4lbs, haven't binge ate and haven't had a soda all month. :) Ohh, and kept up with my C25K training.
So Goals for this Month:
1. Cont. C25K training.
2. Cont. to make the best choices on food while on vacation.
3. Cont. Soda Challenge by not drinking soda this month.
4. Exercise - on the days I do not run, complete some form of exercise.
5. Cont. to stay busy to keep my mind off of food.
