So far, so good.
I just don't know why I ever stopped. This really isn't that hard. It is just about being deliberate about what you do and eat.
Tomorrow will be a test. I am going to my son's baseball tournament out of town. I am taking lots of fruit and veggies to snack on (and keep me cool!)
1. Track everything I eat (even if it is bad!)
2. Sweat! (That will be easy. It is supposed to be 104!)
3. Make the best decision in a bad situation.
