Well, the month is over in just a few hours - let's see how I did. . .
Well, didn't make it. . . .but I'm still happy with my progress.
I actually wound up putting on some weight. . .moved up to 220 lbs - and then lost it plus a little.
Tomorrow is my weigh-in day but felt I needed a reading today. . .and was pleased to see I'm down to 218. . .almost 2 lbs lost during June.
Goall Mins: 500
MADE IT 6.19 and continued for a total of 1,265 for the month - need to set a higher goal for July 8-)))
Start new gym routine- upper body 2 days a week:
