Day 1 of my 1 year Weight loss challenge.
June 30, 2012, I want to get healthy and I am going to take the opportunity to follow my weight loss Journey. So I can remember it, I am a new mommy and I am trying to get healthy. I plan on changing my eating habits and start excising regularly.
I hope I can help inspire anyone that is going through what I am going through.
