Seems that I have been writing a blog post only at the beginning and the end of the month.

My back is improving, but still just not quite right. The pool seems to be helping, but am having some nerve pain today. Went to Dr Mike for a treatment, and seemed to be pretty good. Not sure what I did, but my pelvis is not in the right position today.

Went out to eat and to a movie with my Sister in Law Gloria who is staying with me. Pretty stiff from all of that sitting.

Say "The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel". Great cast, and a sweet uplifting story. I love a movie that makes me cry a bit, and laugh a bit.

I am having some trouble with my emotions. A young friend of mine from years back just died. He was 38 years old. Had had cancer for a couple of years. He moved from the area about 5 years ago, so I had not seen too much of him since then. We were friends through working at the theater. I think he was about 18 or 20 when I first met him. Just such a special young man, with a genuine smile that made you feel as though you were just the person he wanted to see at that moment.

It is difficult to realize that I will never see that lovely face again. God Bless you Michael. The visitation is Monday afternoon. Will be pretty tough.

Time really does just get away from you.
