Well then. What to blog about? I am very, very sleepy from being outside in this very, very humid weather. Today was a sticky one, and I took the dog to the park twice in the hopes that he'd play in the water and have some fun. And he did. For a few minutes at a time. Poor boy.
Poor boy's person! I have yet another sunburn on my face. What on EARTH can I use as facial sun screen?
Anyway. So yes, I was indeed back on track yesterday. I did two workouts, and then today, instead of taking a 'free" day as planned, I worked out. So I'm not short any fitness time this week. Food is all good, all tracked, and includes cherries, which is simply awesome. In fact, I ate blueberries AND cherries today. I'm in fruit heaven!
This weekend was supposed to be a busy one - a friend of mine who is here in town visiting her folks was supposed to come stay with me this weekend. And that isn't happening. Unfortunately, I didn't get to know that until last night. So I'm left with a weekend that could have been planned otherwise.

Instead of moping, I spent some of today cleaning the condo. It is AMAZING what a mess I can make. I still have a ways to go, but I'm no longer swimming in clutter. Or dog fur. Seriously, I vacuum nearly every day and have a short-haired dog. I don't understand where this fur is coming from.
I've noticed that there is a direct correlation to my state of mind and the organization of the condo. When I'm feeling messed up, I make messes. When I'm feeling organized, I clean up. This must be why I'm cleaning. It's all good right now.
I'm still thinking of what my goals should be for July. I got some good ideas by reading other blogs, and I'm wondering which I want to take on.
