Ending June and starting July

I'm not at all surprised that June wasn't a stellar month for me. My weight fluctuated but, in the end, I had only lost a pound. A single pound is better than gaining though! I did have some NSV's that I'm very proud of. I dropped a pant size! Just yesterday, I thought pizza sounded good for dinner, but in the end, I didn't give in. I haven't eaten much ice cream, but the frozen yogurt is now a comfort food. Unluckily, I blew it at lunch today and I'm paying for it now.
In July, I am going to work on lowering my caloric intake, add more fruits and veggies, and be more consistent with strength training and core exercises. I'm aiming for a 10 pound loss by the end of July. This will be hard, but it's not impossible. The best I can do is try!
