So this week I've been working out every day. I barely ever work out, but I decided I need to gain strength for my job, to make it less tiring. So I've been going to the gym, doing kettlebell swings, push-ups, planks, and vipers. And squats on an upside down Bosu ball. And in only 5 days, I can feel the difference already. My arms, legs and tummy feel firmer and their shape is more defined. I feel more energy. I feel great. I'm having a rest over the weekend and will start working out again on Monday.
