New Weekly Goals

I know I keep reposting pretty much the same goals over and over, but for some reason putting them down again and starting fresh when I fall off the wagon makes me feel so much better. This week I didn't really eat the best. I did play outside with my kiddos more, but I lost a little more and am at my lowest since I started of 142.4. It just gives me even more motivation because I know if I put in even more effort that I should have no problem losing some more. Here is my goals for this week. :) *thinking positive* Hope everyone is having a great weekend and keep sparking!

* Eat as healthy as possible
*More water, less sugary drinks
*Walk every day it is nice... if it is hot out still walk but just take a shorter walk. At least get some exercise in!
*Do more outside activities with the kids (soccer with my son, running around with my daughter, walks with them, etc. etc.)
*Do daily sit ups (I desperately want to get rid of this "pouch" from having the kids. It's weird because I look partly skinny near my ribs then I just have this pouch on my belly lol)
*Stress less (I am still trying to move and haven't because I am lacking in money. Take deep breaths and relax!)
*Keep rooms that we are staying in clean.

    Whether they're the same goals or new ones, the important thing is you are setting them and writing them down. Now tackle them like there is no tomorrow! You got this!!

    Doesn't matter how many times we get into the redo mode, you're not giving up. That's the important thing. We're constantly tweaking what works vs what doesn't.

    Hey, it's perfectly fine to repost the same goals all the time. Success is mostly repetition, I think. Hang in there with the stress -- I know it's a killer, but you can do this!

    Sounds like you're doing pretty good! Baby steps is good!! It keeps us moving forward and we don't get discouraged by trying to do too much and then giving up! So stick to your plan! emoticon
