I know I keep reposting pretty much the same goals over and over, but for some reason putting them down again and starting fresh when I fall off the wagon makes me feel so much better. This week I didn't really eat the best. I did play outside with my kiddos more, but I lost a little more and am at my lowest since I started of 142.4. It just gives me even more motivation because I know if I put in even more effort that I should have no problem losing some more. Here is my goals for this week. :) *thinking positive* Hope everyone is having a great weekend and keep sparking!
* Eat as healthy as possible
*More water, less sugary drinks
*Walk every day it is nice... if it is hot out still walk but just take a shorter walk. At least get some exercise in!
*Do more outside activities with the kids (soccer with my son, running around with my daughter, walks with them, etc. etc.)
*Do daily sit ups (I desperately want to get rid of this "pouch" from having the kids. It's weird because I look partly skinny near my ribs then I just have this pouch on my belly lol)
*Stress less (I am still trying to move and haven't because I am lacking in money. Take deep breaths and relax!)
*Keep rooms that we are staying in clean.
