Back on the slog

It's been 10 weeks since i quit my antidepressant and i had stopped wheighing myself before that due to discouragement but i think i was at 79kg. Today i decided to weigh again and measure and start dieting a bit to loose a couple of kg for our hols in the topics inAugust. I weighed at the same as the last weigh in, which is great 77kg. I sort of knew it was ok as all the clothes fit but i've strayed with sugar since Easter and i want to stop that and this is a good way. Not fanatical just a bit careful.
Life is good.

    Isn't it good to be back. Yes, I agree starting small is good. One little thing at a time, and suddenly, it seems easy to add another.

I'm back on with exercising, and it's been hard. Knees are not what they once were. But maybe with gradual increase, they will respond soon.
