Having a good day so far! I just stepped off the scale and I lost a little over 1/2 lb in a week! YES!
Had a healthy food day so far. Homemade healthy-recipe banana bread and tea for breakfast and then for lunch these tuna melt tacos that are so easy, salad, cherries, and homemade watermelon agua fresca left over from the party. YUM. I think those cds are helping, plus when I really do stick to exercising, I just crave healthy foods.
I am paying attention to how fast I eat for some reason. I notice I tend to eat fast lately. I never used to way back when - I would always be the last one done. It's like I am subconsciously returning to an old, healthier relationship with food. It's even overcoming the urges to eat that the meds I am on add in to play.
I plan on doing some cross-training today. I notice I am inspiring my husband to do more exercise. He's been running more and today he is doing strength work.
