Week 2 begins today. Weight loss goal of the week is from .75 to1.5 lbs. That might seem a little odd, but in this heat we do what we can do when we can do it. I'm not focusing on exercise videos or particular workouts as it will be accomplishing something just getting chores done.
I'm doing too good with water intake. The recommended 1/2 oz per pound is far exceeded. I can never get enough. Not because I'm thirsty, I just like it. What I thought was my 22 oz water bottle turned out to be 32 oz. And I go through several a day.
