~ Get out of the 220's and get down to @ least 216. That's my 100 lbs lost landmark in time for my 1yr anniv of my Wl Journey!!
~~Sigh... basically I maintained this week. Oh well it happens... I tend to lose in spurts anyways, so I'll probably drop like 4 or 5 lbs next wk, then then again TOM is right arnd the corner, plus 4th of July Holiday so... lol...
~Go on @ least 1-2 WOGs (walk/jog) outdoors per wk.
~~Oops, skipped it this wk w/o realizing it. I mean I did jog partof the way home Monday afternoon I believe after dropping the baby @ the sitter but really cuz it started thunder storming outta nowhere & I had to get my booty home!
~ Take @ least 1 spin class a week.
~~Aww I missed it Monday cuz I was too exhausted to go in that night. And last night (Fri), I went on my 1st boatride, so I danced on the ship instead to get a workout in lol
~Swim 3x a wk (or @ least the usual 2). To improve my stamina, endurance & regular water weight shedding lol
~~Missed the swimming this wk... :(
~Cut down my cheat meals to 1 every other day and "smart" takeout only 2-3 times a week
~~Yes & No ups & downs due to some poor sleep nights, or convenience... yet my healthy meals were super healthy, so its an odd balance. I notice my perpetive on what's considered a "cheat meal" have changed, I love it lol I be like "Well, what's the nutritional value of the food item I'm eating?" ;)
~Stay on the lower end of my caloric range, resume my volume freggie intake & be consistent abt it.
~~Well I try to get in freggies w every meal even w the cheats & all! :D
~ Build some new business, help some families! Make a plan of attack & attack!! Organize, stategize, prioritize!
~~Yes, I plugged in again & worked on getting my certification for the new Fixed Annuity product that just came out thru Lincoln Financial, it's an awesome product w a Win Win situation for the client regardless of the market!!
~Be on time for everything, or @ least try not to be over 15 mins late.
~~Well I'm still trying! Even though, I'm still late to places, I'm becoming more conscious of time & how I tend to mismanage it. Awareness is a key first step so... should be better from this pt on, i just need to give myself enough room to get ready for things sinceI tend to space out and scramble for things no matter how prepared I am. Weird, I know.
~Stop putting things off & complete the most important tasks of the day as quickly as possible

~Stop staying up into the wee hrs of the morning, which in turn affects yr entire day as well as the baby due to a late start and/or extreme sleepiness what inhibits yr ability to function @ optimal levels...
~~Still getting it together, I'm a true night owl man...
~ Get my baby in some sort of daycare or on a morning routine/schedule starting w going to bed earlier & getting out the gym earlier!!! And start potty training her already, jeez!!
~~Same thing, sometimes she goes, sometimes she don't, but she understands the association between "pee-pee" & "potty" now. I turn it into a fun game & time for her, she sings, claps, laughs, the works. Also, July is tomorrow, so I gotta search now for a preschool to put her in the fall. Hope there's still time for her to get in.
~Catch up on my bills!! And make more $$!
~~Started facing the music this wk & is currently making a plan of attack to get back on my feet, yes!! :D
~Maintain a decent appearance @ all times!
