This is Day 4. I getting the hang of planning my calories's budget and I'm proud that I have been exercising regularly!

    I am in the same starting position and feel the same way about being able to log in everything and keep track and earn the spark points! Im like a kindergartner looking for the stickers!

    Yes! your journey is just beginning and I congratulate you for it! you will find that you can make HUGE saladas for very few calories and they help you feel full without affecting your "budget' as you said! way to go girl! I munch raw carrots when I am hungry and that was a nice trick with few calories as well. Good Luck!
