Wow been some time since i posted on my blog. Im still at 3 lbs to goal and im also having knee trouble. After i ran the 10k my knee started hurting and gave me so much grief i went to see the chiropractor. He couldnt believe how much i had done with the shape i was in. To much t list but anywho i have one leg shorter then the other by an inch so i have orthotics on order and cant wait for them to get here.
In the meantime im back at the gym prolly until after summer. My plan now is to work more on strength while being patient to run again IF i can.
So ive managed to do a pushup challange and did 19 before fail. My next goal will be to do a pullup. Those suckers are hard but i am determined. My fiance is bringing me home plyo boxes he made for me so i can put some kind of crossfit tabata style workout together. He is being so supportive...last week he took me to Lulelemon AND Sports check to buy me knew workout clothes and cross trainers. He also rigged up a pullup bar for me in the garage..he is the bestest!
