Quick blog because I have to get to Zumba this morning
My main goal this month was to lose 5 lb and get to Onederland.
I wanted the 5 lb to be all fat, not muscle.
I did not QUITE reach Onederland...

this month.
BUT I use a Tanita scale

and my percent body fat dropped

10 points!
That calculates to over 20 lb of body fat.

I'll take it!
I lost about an inch from my waist and a half inch from my hips.
I also was able to go a mile faster - from 16 minutes to 13:18
So making plans for July and expecting continued progress!
