Week 4 ending

Well within the past 4 weeks I've walked everyday. Pussing my self everyday. But the food ohhh the food. O have found it very hard to manage the food. I dont deprive myself if nothing. Except soda. which I've done on. I can't seem to break my nibbleing habbit in the middle if the night with my beloved vanella cookiesat 210 calories for two : /. But I've forms the strength to go walk every day for 2 hrs a day. I WILL find my grove for eating healthier and better. Al so I've been saying im going to go to tybo class every day. Not happening. I go oncethr a week. Ihh and my feet, omg I never knew u can have so many blisters and sore spots on ur feet. I'm stuck on 205 207. Hoping to reach a steady 200 by the end of august. Goal for today is for me to be outside doing something active. Burning calories.
