This is going to be a short blog, I'm soooo tired and planning on getting up super early to go for a run with my boyfriend. Today was another good day, I stuck to my meal plan and did 30ds level 1 again. It was really hard to get myself to work out, I did not want to AT ALL...but that was all the more reason to make myself do so. It's easy to lose weight when you're motivated, but it's what you do on the days that you don't feel like doing anything that really counts.
