Funny thing about a streak - once I get one going, I have to keep it alive. I nearly forgot my exercise, so I did 30 minutes of Wii Fit Aerobics. I actually sweat during it, which surprise me. I definitely need to be more conscientious about strength training. The one time I did lose significant amount of weight was when I was doing 3 days a week of it. So, that will be my goal for next week.
