I had a great month: 80 miles walked, 6 miles biked (just got my bike back today :), tracked my food daily, lost 8 pounds. Somehow, even after writing and reading this I am disappointed. My body measurements haven't changed, which seems odd. My calorie goal was often surpassed daily. I am impatient.
That said, I am in a much better place than I have ever been in. I truly enjoy getting out and moving daily - I like to do an hour daily. I am more aware of what I am eating, and I think I am slowly making better choices. So now I work on my mindset, especially to recognize and celebrate the changes I have made, even though I haven't reached my target weight in a month (I am fully aware that is totally unreasonable :)
Numbers. Juuuust numbers...
