Wheat Thins vs. My Diet

I was at the supermarket the other day and I saw Wheat Thins on the shelf. I think I might be a Wheat-thinaholic, because it is waaaay too easy to eat a box of those things, and I find that I keep thinking about them in my kitchen downstairs. It might be easier to just give them up entirely, because I just don't think I have the willpower to eat them in moderation. If anyone has any tips for managing carb cravings, I'm all ears!

    When you're not hungry - portion them out, throw out the box, and have a portions worth at once. Tell yourself the rest must stay in the cabinet.

    The best way I've found to manage carb cravings is to eat less of the refined stuff. I'm not ready to cut it out completely, but the less I eat of it, the less I find myself wanting it. Fruits, veggies, nuts, cheese... they're much more satisfying. Wheat Thins were one of the biggest contributors to my binge eating back when I first started gaining this weight. Be careful!

    nope.. i just count out my 13 or 16 i forget at the moment how many in a serving. but i agree... very addicting emoticon
