Thanks HEALTHYSLIM2 for asking for an update!
This week has just been killer! And next week will be a 65hr work week, so I feel pooped already! But I try to keep my goals in mind and do the best that I can. I can say that this week I have been much more positive which really helps getting through work and keeps me from wanting to binge. I've already warned the BF that we've been eating out way too much and starting July 1st be are going to start making more meals at home...which is kinda hard when we both get off at 830pm and 930pm, but we did really good in May...June just kind of fell off with him doing OT and me doing 12days straight of working. But we've learned our lessons! No more burning ourselves out like that.
