Good Day

Not every day is a good day, but today it was. ...and still is. Had more energy today than I've had in the past. I'm using Dukan. I've been trying everything. Been with Sparks since before they even had teams. Can't remember what year that was. I have managed over the years to delete 30 lbs but like to go a wee faster.

Because of my sugar problem, I should be on a low carb anyway. Basic 2nd phase is green leafy's and protein...keep away from fats. I've adjusted my nutrition page. I'm in the 2nd phase (Cruise). Even though I started to eat the greens, not that hungry...a good thing.

Also mandatory for this diet is exercise. Supposed to walk but storming out and I love my elliptical anyway so off to do elliptical.

    Along with Jill and Jeannie, I have not heard of Dukan either. Please let us know what it is. Having a good day is always so awesome. Seems like I can get so much more accomplished and stay on track so much easier when I'm feeling good and the day is going good. Take care, and hope you have a great weekend!

    I have to know what is Dukan as I've never heard of it. It's great to hear you're day was good with plenty of energy so I hope you'll many more of those.     For some reason it's always easier to exercise on good days and I love it when I have one. Wishing you many more good days.
