I am on SP because I have at least 50lbs to be in my healthy body weight and BMI. I started running while I weighed my heaviest at 195lb! I ran a 5k at that weight! I don't care what anyone says.... "you aren't fast, it's more like a jog..." Here is what I have to say to you "GO POUND SAND!" Many people are nervous, scared or intimidated by runners or running. Don't let people get into your head! If you are running how you can run then be proud! There are plenty of people who won't even try it! I personally love it! I have a SP friend who told me she won't call herself a "Runner!" Here is what I found this week and thought of you dear! My virtual running buddy! This is for anyone else who is scared to admit they are a runner! If you are doing the action you are a runner!
Now be proud of yourself! If you run for a few minutes then walk, you run for 20 min, a 5k or a 10k.... You are a runner if you want to be! Don't let anyone knock you down!!!!
I love running and I have a lot of weight and as the weight comes off I am faster and it is easier! I can't wait till the 50lbs are no more! :)
Now grab your shoes and run!
