Wow, my birthday was on Monday and my parents bought a cake, a couple coworkers bought a small cake for my bday, and then a couple friends took me out separately for dinner along with you guessed it....cake...I feel like I have been on sugar overload the past week... lucky I haven't seen any change in the scale, but also not losing anymore either...however I am wearing a smaller pair of jeans and they fit me better now then a year ago when I bought them so yea!!!!....otherwise I am trying to get back on schedule with my eating plan from before, I am getting better about adding in more protein I have even started cutting out the protein bars since I am making my protein range now without it....now trying to slowly add in more veggies and fruit...not a fan, but I figure slow changes are better than trying to change and cut out everything at once....also since I have been feeling healthier I decided to kick up my work out a few notches...started 30 day shred two days ago and have been sticking to it...even though it is kicking my butt...I am still up for the challenge...and what I like the most is that I am feeling stronger and more balanced every day...spark has been a great first step in changing my life reaching my goals and I am loving the journey so far...even the struggles
