Exercise 500 calories + 6 days a week (donít just exercise for minutes but make it quality exercise)

This week has been interesting. I started heart meds for my RVOT PVC's (fancy for heart beats wrong, lol) They should help me with my tired feeling and the dizziness. And so far they have some. If the meds don't work I get a procedure called ablation (sp?) They stick a metal wire into my vein/artery and remove the problem. yuck.
I have been slipping lately. My job stress is not helping. They switched the classroom I am in and I am expected to clean this one and rearrange it too! After I did my other classroom. Plus we have to clock out at the end of our shift before we use the bathroom. Since I don't get bathroom breaks this made me angry. They can't pay me for 2 mins while i pee but they can let me take out the trash on my way home. (off the clock of course)
Silly place to work and I am stressed trying to find a new job.
