You are so beautiful; thank you for sharing your walk it is so helpful to know others are out there working on the same things and keeping positive. I know I was doing much better earlier this year when I would pray every morning; I'm going to get back to that and spend time with God. Thanks for the reminder!!!

Carmel, I loved this vlog because it made me feel like I was in your living room having a nice visit with a good friend. You have such a beautiful smile!

We do have to remember to pray. I have been working on that myself. God is my partner in this journey I call my business. lol

    Have a great weekend!

You are so wonderful, and such a pretty lady. NATURAL! I love that... You know I love some natural hair... I'm so happy for you, and I'm so blessed to have you as a friend. WOW! I never had that yogurt, but I'm going to check into that and give it a try. I know... I hate blueberries, but I love them in smoothies, so I don't hate them. I love them...

Yogurt smoothie for you.. Dry it.

    1 cup of yogurt.
1 cup of frozen blue berries
    1 cup of ice chips
1 cup of milk 1% or 2% to help loosen or soften.
Give it touch of sweetner if you like.

I do this smoothie every now and then... And it's a great post workout smoothie...

You are so beautiful and what a beautiful soul you have. I feel blessed having you in my life. I have started praying and I don't know if it's my imagination but, things seem brighter and more possible somehow. Love you my friend and keep sparking.
