The last weight loss program that I started back in October was the one for me. I have lost 112 lbs in 6 months and I am feeling good. The only bad thing is that I have been on protein shakes for six months... so now that I am back on food... i need to remember moderation and portion control. I haven't had Coke Cola in all that time too... which is a success in itself. I personally know that I can never have a drink of Coke again because I will fall off the wagon in lack of a better word!
