Good Morning Sparkfriends!
I'll be spending some time later this afternoon going over my June goals to see what my successes were. Then I plan on setting up my goals for July. I know one of my goals is going to be a hard one. I just ordered the Insanity program and it should arrive this Saturday. If it does, I'll be starting Day 1 on July 1st! Therefore, my #1 goal of July is going to be to complete the first 30 days of the Insanity program. Insanity...hmmmm...I must be insane!
In addition, hubby and I went to check out the "Y" when I got home from work last night. I already belong to Planet Fitness (although I really have to start using the membership since I'm already paying for it); but, hubby is disabled and there's really nothing at PF that he can use. He really needs the pool at the "Y" for water exercise. As we walked around the facility at the "Y", I noticed the tennis courts. Gee, I haven't been on a tennis court since I was in high school. I always thought it was fun even though I wasn’t very good at it. I’m thinking if we join the “Y”, I might just start taking tennis lessons once a week. Could be goal #2 for July!
The other interesting thing I saw at the “Y” was the indoor climbing gym. Now, those who know me know that my fear of heights is huge; but, it is a fear that I’ve long been talking about taking control of. That climbing gym might be the start of doing just that…..we’ll see.
So, I’m off to get in my walk during my lunch break. I’ll contemplate more of my goals for July during my walk.
