Just thought I would blog for a minute. Trying to do all the parts and so many times I see journal writing as a recommendation. Still have to work on that water but I am drinking a few glasses each day which is an improvement. Doing some kind of exercise each day but I still haven't worked up the courage to go to a Zumba class. Love Zumba but I keep chickening out right before the class. :-( Aggravating thing about anxiety disorder is knowing in your head, it will be fine... meanwhile your chest is punding and your breath is short and your body is freaking out..... grrrr. baby steps. I purchased some dance games to do with my kids so we can all make some progress and have some fun together.
