Downslope today

Today is a bit of a downslope. Worked hard yesterday on my exercise and stayed within 50 calories of my limit but feeling bloated and uncomfortable today.

Frustrated at why!

Hmmm.

But, I'm doing my best to just power forward the right direction and not let this derail me.

    We all have our good days and not so good days. I also hate when I get that bloated feeling. Actually deep knee bends and just good ole stretching helps me feel better. Plus when we are not use to drinking alot of water it can make us feel bloated also.

You are doing a fantastic job and just so uplifting to everyone on the team. Keep up the good work.

    Koffeenut, thanks for the feedback - it is good to know I'm doing something right, especially on a day I exceeded my calories, ouch. I really appreciate the support and it makes me want to keep at it.

Sewingmamacds thanks to you as well for the comment. Each day IS a new day and although I fell by the wayside today, they were conscious deviations and not just mindless eating!

    I know it's difficult when you feel bloated for no reason, but in looking at your fitness minutes it's clear you're doing a GREAT job! Hang in there!
