That was me yesterday. :( Not sure why I can have a few really good days where it's not much of a struggle and I do really good and then all of a sudden I get a day where I just CAN'T STOP EATING!!! I ate ALL DAY!!! I took pictures of some but not all of what I ate. I walked on the treadmill broken up through out the day trying to get my mind off of food. I went to the store. I even watched TV for a little bit, which I normally never do.. or rarely. Nothing worked until my stomach ached from being so full. :( Not sure why I couldn't get enough. And it was veggies I was craving. I couldn't get enough veggies! lol! The only thing I ate that wasn't a veggie was watermelon and raisins and almonds, other than that I pigged out on veggies all day.
Today we are leaving for the mountains though so I won't be home to pig out. I'm thankful to be going also because it's going to be SOOO hot here this weekend. And I'm thankful my MIL will be here to take care of garden while we're gone so everything doesn't burn up.
Breakfast: Banana
And then snacking begins with Broccoli. I ate a TON of Broccoli!!!
and watermelon..
For lunch I ate a WHOLE BAG of stir fry veggies!! I didn't use the whole sauce packet though that comes with it. I just put a drizzle of my soy veggie dip that I'm also addicted to on it after it was done.
And Dinner.. another Big Salad..I took the picture from the side this time so you can how I end up piling it up until stuff starts to roll off. lol! It's in a pasta bowl too so it's also deeper than a regular plate. Probably too much after I had been eating non stop all day. But at least it was a salad! :)
I also munched on red, yellow, and green peppers and dip, and like I said before too many raisins and almonds... and a couple of pickles too. I REALLY had a binge day. I BIG veggie binge day! Not sure what that was about. I thought, maybe if I eat some GF pasta or GF bread or something I would feel more full and then wouldn't want to eat the house down, but none of that sounded appetizing. I HAD TO HAVE VEGGIES!! MORE AND MORE VEGGIES!! Oh well, new day. :)
