I know how you feel, when we went to toronto in May we tried to fit a whole months worth of stuff into a week and by the end of it I was ready for a week in bed. You deserve a break, you body NEEDS a break - I'm sorry no one understands that :( when you get home your going to need a vacation from your vacation!

That being said, I am SO (can not emphasis enough) proud of your being getting out there and walking, I know it hurts now but everything you do now is training your body for the future - your building muscle! Your building endurance! Your doing it girl! Never ever forget that!

Can't wait to see your pictures!

Sorry your not getting to rest really. I know you need some relaxation time. Tell the family you feel sick and lay in bed for the day. OF course if you are me you probably feel obligated to do everything with them. The point is your health is up to you. Others may think they know what is best for you and may suggest things but ultimately your decisions are what needs to make who you are. If you are constantly making the right decisions and stepping in the direction you need to take then you are walking in the right direction.

One thing is for sure I am happy that you are walking more. I know your feet are hurting but I am glad to see you moving!

When you come home what are your plans for the continued weight loss journey? Are you going to continue walking or are you going to take a break?

By the way, I miss you, so here is me saying it. hahaha.

Well, how many pounds have you lost being there?

Sorry I have a million questions. hahaha.

Keep it up and get some rest while your at it. One day of rest is good for your body!
