It's not as hard as I thought it would be but it's like everything I have learned its about a mindset n determination!! I've had a few difficult moments like my fav was eating popcorn n diet coke! Green tea taste just as good! Lol it's all about breaking habits and routines! I always got a diet coke when going to movies but I learned to freeze a bottle of tea n bring with me! Lol my challenge is going well!! We are 2 weeks in the challenge n I've lost both weeks!!! Not a whole lot but heading in the right direction!! Training for virtual 5 k challenge and I am up to 2 miles walking at least 5-6 days a week!
Healthy eating going strong and eating at least 6-8 veg n fruits a day! Also try n eat few nuts a day trying to get my tracker well rounded n not going over or under on anything! Sodium is hard but I have actually met it for a whole week!! Trying to not eat processed and eat mostly fresh or frozen!! Keep on pushing!! The beat came out 1 day last week!! Went into a cookie frenzy!! But stayed in cal range!! The beast is locked up!!! Lol staying away from fast food n very seldom eat out!! Losing weight has slowed down drastically from when I first started trying not to get discouraged n telling myself it's better to lose slow to keep it off!! I am determined to do this!! I will do this!!
