Tracked all food again today and here I am blogging. I went almost 350 cals over my limit, but I was working in a kitchen helping prepare food for 50 again today. So only 350 over wasn't too bad. It could have been a whole lot worse. And I was really good about tracking it all. Everything I'd taste, my co-workers would say, "Don't forget to track that." *Sigh* But at least I'm staying on target, and I'm glad I let people know what I was doing. I think it helps. Still wish I could exercise, but just in too much discomfort.
