I know what you mean about TOM! Hang in there, I know it's tough but it passes. So proud of your for doing that hike and cant wait to see the pictures! It sounds like it was awesome and your awesome for doing it! I hope you get some time for yourself this week, I remember when chloe was little she slept a lot so I'd cuddle her until she fell asleep and then read or watch tv while we cuddled.

Your right... He is a cute puppy!! emoticon But I understand your frustrations, but next time I'd leave him outside for a while longer, OR get a puppy pad and place it by the back door, that way when he can't hold it he'll have a spot to run too, and when he learns to hold it, then he'll know to go to the back door for potty time. When he gets more used to holding it, you won't have to worrying about having the pad anymore.

I'm sorry your TOM is so emotional, I can totally relate. I just cry about the stupidest things though. And I liked Brave alot, but haven't seen 21 jump street yet. Hope your days get a little easier for you soon so you're not so stressed! emoticon

I loved 21 jump street, I'm glad you liked Brave, I want to see that too. :) And you did great with your hiking and stuff, I'd never be able to do it ha ha. I'm sorry you are feeling stressed, and I could never do the puppy thing. It is such a full time job and takes so much patience that I don't think I have. I feel for ya girlie!

Sorry, Heatherfree, but that is what puppies do. They are babies and it does take a lot of patience. They want your attention all the time. Now is the time to teach her to sit, stay, come; fetch a toy and bring it back, lay down and sit up. Besides play time, we walk around the yard. When she is neutered or spaded (whichever is the right term, I can't remember), we'll start walking around the neighborhood. I've had my puppy 5 months now and she does all these things. The only free time I have is when she takes a nap. Just be patient even when it's wearing you down and keep telling yourself "she's only a puppy." Sophie has lost all her baby teeth and her adult teeth are coming in. Ice cubes were a big help during this time. Everything will get better in time. I also taught my Sophie "time for bed" and she walks in her kennel herself. It takes a lot of work but in the long run she'll bring you a lifetime of joy.
    Hang in there.
