Cucumber water....greatest thing! Love it!

OK, I've always had a hard time drinking my water....4 glasses (32 oz.) is usually a good day for me. Now...with the cucumber water...I am almost meeting my 64 oz. goal...except for today. It was so hot, that I drank well over 64 oz. of water. And, I still have room for my evening treat....an ice cold beer!

Recipe for the Cucumber water...I now have a pitcher in my fridge at all times. Love it!

    That's wonderful. I had it once (pre-packaged, not homemade). I'll make it as soon as I get some cucumbers!

    I've not had trouble drinking my water since joining SP but today I went to a new cafe by my house and guess what they served?...Cucumber water! I'd seen recipes for Sassy Water but didn't think I'd like it. I loved it! Plus it sure is a diuretic :)

    Just did a search for Cucumber water to see if anyone else was enjoying it...thanks for sharing!

    I just started drinking cucumber water, too! It's great! I like to put just a tiny bit of lemon or lime in the water, as well. It brings out the crispness of the cucumber, I think. It's very refreshing with or without the lemon or lime, though. YUM! It's my new go-to drink!

    I don't mind water..I enjoy drinking it, but I prefer to have flavored water. I have to try the cucumber water...I have never heard of it before. Thanks for sharing the tip.

    I just love water! Well, it does have to be cold! I don't know how anyone can drink luke warm, or, even, room temp water? Well, I guess they would survive on a desert longer than me! lol However, after reading your blog; I might have to try some of this cucumber water! Hey, if this is what it takes for you to drink the recommended daily amount of water; I say go for it! And, enjoy! But, just a word of warning; you don't want to drink too much over the recommended amount; if it is too much for your body, you can, actually, drown. So, do be careful on your intake!
