Plan for July 2012

I want a trophy for July. I am going to earn the 250 fitness minutes trophy this month!
It's far too hot in the evenings to go walking now, but if I go to bed early then I can get up early and maybe convince myself to go walking in the morning. Just half an hour.
Another goal I am working on is not sitting with my legs crossed anymore. It is bad for my hips and knees and I know I can stop if I make the effort to break the habit.
