feeling really great today
Is this SADS person experiencing a high in the longest days of summer??
Or is it because my food is sooo clean? Yesterday i ate only some sugar-snap-peas ....... had mostly green juices/smoothies.... never got hungry!

the litmus test will be this August when i usually begin to feel little subtle shades of less energy, less positive emitions, etc.
by the end of September I'm a sad puppy with a bad case of SADS. October i lose my mind/self and become a negative, dissatisfied , grumpy ..........
Nov, Dec, jan. feb I am a lump on the couch moving only to hunt for sugary carbs.
Please god,,,, let this clean juicing/smoothies I'm on make a difference this year.
Wouldn't it be great if diet would ease SOME of the winter depression.

    I get the winter blues too. I've started trying to get outside more in winter (like going for walks on my lunch breaks). This year I'm going to try vitamin D supplements, too.
