I have lost 5 more pounds since switching up my carbs to include at least two low days per week. The more I read about this the more I see people see results with this type of cycling. You only eat 50 grams on at least two days a week and then go back to normal in between days. This always the body to work efficiently. The great thing is green vegetables are a free food, you add as many as you can handle in a day. Veggies are great once you realize the vitamins and nutrition that they supply on a daily basis. No I'm not a huge fan of all of them but I do eat them. I have added a lot of variety and keep trying new things to see what I can find comfortable to eat and what I'd rather not. It' s a process for sure. I'm eating a lot more baby spinach then I ever thought I would, but I really like it. I have been adding a cup and half to my protein shakes along with Kale and it's actually good. I'm trying coconut milk and other things like gluten free products which I find are very good. I have worked organic eggs and turkey sausage into my weekly meals for breakfast and find I can make time for this. I still have a ways to go but I'm getting there. One day at a time one goal at a time. My next goal is to be down 10 pounds by August 31, it can be done I just need to work for it.
