1000 fitness points for this month ain't gonna happen--shucks!

i was on-a-roll for awhile. Two months came very close to 100 fitness points. June has not been a good month!

Stomach problems from the new eating plan and then an on-going virus.

I figured I should not go to the pool with swollen glands and feeling so weak and sleepy.

If I am better in a day or 2, maybe I can do water aerobics. But June is running out. At least I made over 500 fitness points.

    No worries! You can do this! Just start! Wherever you are Just Start! I just started swimming for 10 minutes last night. I want to go today too! After my surgery, I exercised with the Wii. After that, 6 minute sparkpeople videos, stopped for awhile. Now this summer, I started 6 minute sparkpeople videos, then did 10 minute sparkpeople videos. Now I am up to 20 minute sparkpeople videos.
