i was on-a-roll for awhile. Two months came very close to 100 fitness points. June has not been a good month!
Stomach problems from the new eating plan and then an on-going virus.
I figured I should not go to the pool with swollen glands and feeling so weak and sleepy.
If I am better in a day or 2, maybe I can do water aerobics. But June is running out. At least I made over 500 fitness points.
