Okay, so the thing about carb-cycling is that on the days when I am low-carb, I feel light and nutritious, but still satisfied. But on the carb-loading days, I feel bloated, dehydrated and tired. And this whole week, my face is breaking out like nobody's business. All over my chin and forehead and even down my neck. Gross. The good news is I've lost 5 lbs in 3 weeks! Without exercise. I know I should, but everything I've read says to hold off on the exercise routine until your body gets used to the diet. I'd say with the breakouts and the overwhelming waves of exhaustion, I'm not quite acclimated yet. But overall, I am pleased with the results. My clothes are fitting better, and I mostly feel good.
