Week 2 of the Summer Biggest Loser Challenge

Not bad =) I was a bit worried when I weighed in at 213 on Tuesday morning. Again high sodium got me. So I was very careful Tuesday and Wednesday to really watch my sodium consumption and increased my water intake significantly. I managed to get in a bit more cardio during this 2nd week and added in some ST. Most of the ST was from doing the ITC (inter Team Challenges) so I am glad I participated in that. I am still making progress with my C25K and have only 1 more day of Week 3 to do, which shouldn't be a problem since I already did it twice =)
Here's hoping that Week 3 is just as successful as Week 2, if not more so!
