So what's the plan?

What do we want to do next month? I don't know why I say we. Just saying I sounds a bit desperate. I didn't track my food much this month, and I do think I want to get back to that. It is a little bit of a hassle, but it's also very rewarding to know you've been on plan. The plan just being 3 meals and a snack, with lunch and dinner being about 500 and breakfast and snack being around 400 calories.
Since I haven't been tracking activity either, my weight has been flat. So I need to start tracking, I think, even if I don't have a plan. If I know I'm going to be tracking, I will tend to want to do something worth tracking.
I tend to get wobbly on my other goals. It seems like so much to do. But all I need to to is check in once a day. What's hard about that?
