30 Day TurboFire Results and Challenge!

I’m four pounds down thanks to TurboFire and have lost 9-inches in my first month completion of TurboFire.

Now I am currently 6 weeks into TurboFire and love every minute of it. I’ve finally found a workout program that I look forward to doing each and everyday. It never gets old!



Week one of TurboFire was all about pressing play. I made a conscious effort to be present in my workouts, punch harder, and kick higher. Within the last two weeks I have realized that pressing play isn’t the hard part for me in this transformation to a healthier me… it really never was. Working out never seemed to me hard for me. Unfortunately for some people working out is worst thing known to mankind… some people just don’t enjoy sweating.



Why is it that our tendency is to focus on the things that come easy to us?



I soon realized that I needed to stop focusing on the things that come so naturally and start focusing on the more challenging areas on my life that are holding me back in fitness… The Kitchen!





Food has always been a struggle for me. I love my ice cream, I love my French fries, and I love love love my carbs. Do I fully need to give them up? No, but moderation is key and when I say moderation I don’t mean eating all these things in moderation once a day.



For the past few weeks I have made a conscious effort to eat completely “Clean.” Reaching for the fruit and not the bagel. Preparing Cottage Cheese as a snack and not a hand full of chips. I’ve even made a conscious effort to stop stealing that one fry off my husband’s plate… SO HARD!



You might be saying that it’s only one fry, however I tend to do this daily and it ALL adds up in calories! Got to love myfitnesspal.com – The know how to show the real nasty side of your calorie intake if you aren’t careful !



I have noticed my body start to transform even more since eating more greens and fruits, laying off the high carb snakes, and reaching more for water. I can’t wait for my Shakeology to arrive and see the transformation my body goes through with this protein drink!





I love learning how to master my metabolism… It’s like a game to me.

    my hardest struggle is food too. it is VERY hard to consistently tell yourself that moderation is key. I always want to overindulge.
