I love this new workout routine. It couldn't be simpler. Just 20 lbs; 10 sets of 10 reps with a 30 second rest in between.
But doesn't it seem a little unbelievable, that my little 15 minute workout burns 300 calories? It seems that way to me.
I'm not ungrateful for this great workout and that it burns that much. But it just seems hard to believe!
Anyone else feel the same?
