I have to question that! I did really good with my nutrition yesterday...until I went to my best friends house for a jewelry party...then I snacked my way to (almost) the top of my nutrition range!
Ok, ok, I did also Zumba yesterday, burned off 635 calories, but after the weekend I had, even with 5 Zumba classes in 5 days, I doubt I have gotten all of that damage off.
So, here's the question (for myself) have I checked out and decided that I'm going to gain 10lbs on vacation anyway so why bother? I don't think so because I haven't gone over board on my eating by any means. Am I afraid to actually get to the 130's? I don't know, I don't think so, but who knows. Am I just not as concerned as getting to the 130's as my brain wants me to be? Maybe.
Whatever the answer, I'm going to stay in my calorie range, give my body a rest day away from exercising and focus on the very important task of choosing a new preK/daycare for our son...have a tour tonight...really hope I get that happy feeling in my gut! (That is the mothers intuition, not chocolate settling in nicely! :) )
