A team member asks us to examine what we are doing right. Now at the end of week 2 of the BL Turn Up the Heat Challenge (TUTH) I reflect on my progress.
Week 2

Weigh In goal to lose 2 lbs this week - Lost 2 lbs !!!!
The bonus this week was to check my measurements. Hard work is paying off. Waist - down 1 inch, Hips - down 3 inches (I had to recheck this multiple times). Thigh - down 3/4 inch and Arm - down 1 inch. I knew the arms were down because at work, I wear scrubs. I went down one size in my top because the arms were loose enough now. It is still kind of a shocker and I keep checking the tag at the collar, lol.
It is unbelievable how our bodies will respond when we stop neglecting them. Is it hard work? - YES! Is it worth it? - YES!
